Pickup Option:
If you choose the pickup option, you will be prompted to select a convenient date and time for pickup. This allows us to prepare your order in advance. Please make sure to select a suitable time slot.

Order Confirmation:
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please check your inbox for this confirmation. Occasionally, it may end up in your spam or trash folder, so please remember to check those folders as well.

Order Processing and Ready for Pickup:
Upon receiving your order, we will proceed to pack your items. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email or notification, indicating that your order is ready to be collected at the designated time and date you selected during checkout.

Delivery Option:
If you choose the delivery option, please note that we do not send out deliveries on weekends. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped out on the next business day. We ship through reliable carriers such as DHL and PostNord.

Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or notification. This communication will include any relevant tracking information so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
